Cine, stills and medium-format lenses for hire — for tabletop, product and commercial work


Our lens line-up covers three systems:


- PL-mount cine glass for the RED V-Raptor X and Freefly EMBER S5K via Z-to-PL and E-to-PL speedboosters.

- Nikon Z-mount lenses for the Nikon Z9 and the RED V-Raptor X with its native Z-mount.

- Schneider Kreuznach lenses for the Phase One IQ4 150MP on its XF body.

- Sinaron HR lenses with Sinar eShutter for the Sinar P3  digital technical camera.


All lenses are picked à la carte — pair them with the camera body that suits the brief.

The PL-mount cine kit is detailed below. Z-mount, Schneider Kreuznach and Sinaron HR sections are being added — get in touch in the meantime if you need availability or specifics on those.

DZOFilm Gnosis 90mm T2.8 macro Prime PL mount

A 90mm cine macro for tabletop and product work — the lens you reach for when the subject is small and the detail matters more than the field of view. 1,5 : 1 magnification at 26cm minimum focus distance, telephoto compression, full-frame and VistaVision sensor coverage.

The 16-blade aperture gives clean exposure control and round out-of-focus highlights. Low-dispersion and HRI elements keep chromatic aberration in check on high-contrast product shots. T2.8 maximum aperture, T22 minimum, focus marks in metres.

DZOFilm Vespid 90mm T2.8 Macro Prime PL mount

The lighter sibling to the Gnosis — same 90mm focal length, 1:1 macro magnification at 25.4cm minimum focus, full-frame coverage up to a 46.5mm image circle. 800g vs the Gnosis's 1280g, useful when handheld or rigged-camera work needs less weight on the front, or when you're swapping primes during a shoot day and the matte box should stay put.

Common 80mm front diameter shared across the VESPID prime line — matte box swaps don't need new donuts or adapters between Vespid lenses. 16-blade iris, fully manual focus and aperture, PL mount.

DZOFilm X TRACT 18-28mm T8 0° Probe Zoom Lens PL mount

A probe lens for shots that wouldn't be physically possible with a regular cine setup. 415mm long, 29.6mm front diameter — slim enough to dip inside a glass, peek over the rim of a cup, or place the camera POV inside a product without dismantling the set. The 0° variant points straight ahead from the tip of the probe, so the lens looks forward into whatever space it's been placed in.

18-28mm zoom range covers wide environmental probe shots through to tighter detail framing without swapping lenses. T8 aperture, 2.1:1 maximum macro magnification, minimum focus distance just 6mm from the lens front.

DZOFilm X TRACT 18-28mm T8 90° Probe Zoom Lens PL mount

The same X TRACT probe family as the 0° variant, but the field of view is aimed 90° off the side of the probe rather than forward. Useful when you want to look at the inside walls of a glass or container, capture a side-on view of an ingredient inside a bowl, or frame perpendicular to the probe axis when there isn't physical room to position the camera body itself at that angle.

Same probe form factor as the 0° X TRACT — slim enough for tight insertions, with the 18-28mm zoom range covering both wide and detail framing.

DZOFilm X TRACT 18-28mm T8 360° probe zoom lens PL mount

The most flexible of the X TRACT probe lenses — the angle of view rotates around the probe axis, so you can change the framing direction without repositioning the camera or swapping lenses. Useful for exploratory shots inside tight spaces, time-lapse work where the framing angle needs to shift between captures, or sequences where one continuous probe insertion needs multiple viewing angles.

Wider aperture range than the 0° and 90° variants — T8 to T45 — for deeper depth of field when stacking detail across a probe shot. Variable lens length to accommodate the rotating optic.
